You are on the right track by adding the file to the send to folder. However, make sure you are creating a shotcut to the program in the 'send to' folder rather than making an actual copy of the file. (Dont do a copy and paste, but right click, create shortcut, and move the shortcut into the folder.)

Thanks Andreas,

Sorry but thats exactly what I had been doing,  then tried all different ways of making shortcuts but still get the same popup.

"The file C:\(file path)\,is not in any of the folders in folder view, and cannot be opened"

Guess I'll just have to import.

Thanks and regards,

How do I add workable Paperport to "Send To",or is this not possible

I have made a new shortcut in Send To, however when I try to send a

file there, Paperport opens, then I get:

Example:

"The file C:\etc\etc\,is not in any of the folders in folder view, and

cannot be opened"

Sure would appreciate any advice on how to do this.

Thanks in advance
