John, the case was moved to New Jersey, despite lengthy and what appeared to be reasonable objections by the major creditors. Since then word has been scarce, which may have been one reason for the change of venue.

I was just reading over the Bankruptcy case for Fountain & Quantex. According to the records on the internet it has been moved but nobody knows where. Has it been canceled? Does anybody know? Here is the link confirming the above.
