You silly PP, now you tell me and all this time I thought Bill Gates had you in mind when he created his mombo jumbo.

Hi Pete, the culprit IAMPP is a subfunction of Netscape and is one of those "Burp" type errors. Its not likely you will see it again, at least not for a long time. If you are seeing it on a regular basis then you will have to unistall netscape (1st) then reinstall netscape.

But its not likely that you will see it again.

Thanks Jon,

I've had this twice in the last month and for some rason thought it might be involved with

Zone Alarm Pro as  each time I have seen this I also get the page fault bit for ZAPro and Vsmon.

Nexttime it happens I'll remove and reinstall both Communicator and ZAPro.

Appreciate the info..had asked in the ms discusion forum but no reply.

Regards,

Pete

Pete

This evening  on boot up I got:

iampp caused a page fault in  Module WS2_32.dll, at 017f: 7600A11.

All I can find is that WS2_32.dll  is in Windows System, 73KB, App Ext., 4/23/99

Ver. 4.10.2222 Nothing more anywhere

Appreciate any info as to the nature of  iampp and/or  this page fault.

Thanks ....Pete

PS For Joanie: Joanie iampp, even though true really doesn't stand for { I  am  PP}, and I really don't intend to cause page faults.

However if so, then its nice to know that Mr Gates has included me in Win 98 SE.
