I keep getting this Trojan Elitebar warning from my Norton, it says it is deleting it,,, but it flashes up all the time,,,,, I went to the Norton home page, it rattles on and on about how to remove it, not sure I have it to remove, but it keeps trying to get in, and Norton blocks it,,,, I guess ????????? Annoying pop-up,,, if Norton blocks it, why does it have to brag to me about it  ?

Have you rebooted since the message? If not, try rebooting as if may take a reboot to complete the removal process.
