hello, I recently put some wallpaper on my dell 8100, and since then the monitor has been staticy.  Just like a snowy TV.  I don't know what could be causing this.  I just implemented spybot, and it is still like this  even after restarting.  Any advice

Does this happen without the wallpaper on?
